Our Beliefs

What We Strive For

Always Accountable

We demonstrate this by holding ourselves and each other to a high standard and to account, being transparent in all we do and adhering to the Nolan principles of public life.

Full Steam Ahead

We demonstrate this through collective action, working tirelessly to achieve and sustain our vision, empowering local communities, making a positive difference in people's lives, and an unwavering commitment to Africa's young people.

Responsible Leadership

We demonstrate this by ensuring that our objectives are delivered effectively and sustainably, consistently evaluating our impact, outputs and outcomes, communicating and consulting effectively with stakeholders, collective responsibility and leading by example.

Integrity Forever

We demonstrate this by ensuring that our values are reflected in everything we do; our ethos and culture underpin the delivery of all activities, building public trust and confidence in our work and rigorous adherence to ethical standards.

Care of People and Planet

We demonstrate this by taking a holistic approach to people's needs, caring for people and the environment, ensuring sustainable ethical and environmental practices, managing our operations to protect the environment, preserving the earth's natural resources and offsetting our carbon footprint.

Acceptance of All People

We demonstrate this by reflecting different perspectives, experiences, and skills, embedding equality, diversity, and inclusion principles, ensuring our work is accessible and open for everyone, challenge inequality, and achieve improved equality of outcomes.
