What We Do

Lending a Helping Hand

Founded in 2020, The African Schools Improvement Trust inspires action. It supports deprived and hard to reach communities across Africa, with a mission to move Africa forward by working with local communities to improve education systems on the continent. We’re driven by a firm belief that every child deserves to be safe, educated and thriving. Advancement of Education

Our primary focus at The African Schools Improvement Trust is the advancement of education on the African continent. We are passionate and committed to this cause. Together we can continue this work. See how you can by contacting us below.

To Improve Infrastructures of Schools Under Trees

One of our goals is to ensure that children are learning in a safe and secure environment. Thus, eradicating schools under trees (see picture) and building sustainable schools is a top priority for us. With your generous donations and volunteering efforts, you can help us in our endeavour to provide secure school buildings. Contact us to learn more.

Working with Local Communities to Improve Education Systems on the African Continent

We believe that it is vital to work and engage with the communities we serve. Furthermore, we subscribe to the belief that "it takes a village to raise a child". Thus, not only do we provide education for children, but we also support parents and extended family members to engage in the education of children actively.

Building Low Cost Sustainable Schools

One of our main causes here at The African Schools Improvement Trust is Building Low-Cost Sustainable Schools. We spend a significant portion of our resources on delivering this aim. Please see how you can help by reading more or contacting one of our representatives.

Providing and Assisting in the Provision of Facilities, Teaching Materials and Training

At The African Schools Improvement Trust, we provide teaching resources and materials, educational facilities, digital equipment and teacher training. This ensures that the teachers we work with are equipped to provide outstanding learning experiences for the children.

Reusing Educational Furnitures and Saving them from Landfills

One of the main reasons The African Schools Improvement Trust was founded in 2020 was to compensate for the lack of adequate resources for schools in deprived areas. We’ve dedicated many person-hours and invested countless resources to this charitable cause, and we hope you’ll help us continue this work. See how you can by contacting us below.
